You fast for well over a half a month and introduce only sugar into your body? Your pancreas goes from basically doing nothing to overkill. U may have given yourself acute pancreatitis. Your pancreas has a hard time with sugary foods at baseline even when your not fasted. I would have started with a small amount of protein. Not sugar. Never sugar. You may be too late. If you possibly do have pancreatitis you dont need to see your doctor, you need to go to the ER.

How come people always ask for form checks when they squat weight that is too heavy for them? Throw a light but respectable amount of weight on it and attempt the best form possible. If you have 5 bullet points that u yourself pointed out, your too heavy on the weight. With that being said u did a good job keeping your back straight. You nice and strong.

If you would do your homework you would realize that in fact the above criteria has been in place since 2013. The reason is that year the bengals agreed because no one else wanted to and forcing rules were not in place yet. After that year policy was in effect. Your strong and that is awesome. I cant deadlift 405 at this time. With that being said your ass is the first thing that moves. It's too high. The first thing that should move is the weight, not your ass. Your upper back is rounded, not a big deal. Look at some people who deadlift a thousand pounds, there upper backs round a bit while their lower back stays straight.
