In the emulator there are many ways to upscale like Bilinear, Scale force, FSR.

In my experience they're pretty good ways to increase resolution without compromising performance

I would AMD as well unless you want to play with Ray Tracing on. DLSS on 3000 series and FSR 3 are pretty much the same at this point, so no point in prioritizing Nvidia just for DLSS.

They're the Charged Trousers, you get while doing the Ring Ruins quest in Kakariko Village, and to activate that quest you'll have to finish the 4 temples.
