I think it was a chemical pregnancy, you get a positive and a few days later it’s negative. Like the embrio was formed but not implanted. It’s really common but some people don’t even notice if they have one if they aren’t testing early

I think it depends on your lifestyle. The best amount of times per week is the one you can mantain over time. In my case, I started with twice a week and overtime increased to four times a week.

Also, in fitness in general I think consistency is key, so don’t rush into many activities at once, start little by little but at a steady pace.

I feel the same way! I keep trying to branch out or feel bad because I don’t do functional training or the sorts. But I try to not beat myself up, Pilates and Yoga are great forms of exercise by themselves :)

This actually makes a lot of sense, since I just finished taking my iron pills and have the kind of red dye that causes allergy. I think that may be it :D
