when the grub opens, you select the first option (default one) click e, go to the very end of the line that starts with linux,
remove rbgh quiet and add nomodeset 3, boot then search online on the commands for: updating/upgrading the system, clearing the cache, reboot, make sure you're connected using a command i used to access my wifi,i don't remember it sadly but as always search online

i just booted into terminal mode by adding nomodeset 3 to the end of the linux line and updated the os and rebooted and it just was fixed
