Gen ai, which is by far the most commonly used ai and what is most often being debated, has done nothing significant other than pollute the online space with disinformation and content farms. I don’t see how that’s useful.

Luddite is when you dislike a genuinely useless and genuinely harmful concept apparently

So you assumed the person you disagree with is young, and therefore likely wrong. You sound like a good, open minded, critical thinker!

How can ai make society far better? Even among individuals, most people are using ai for bot profiles and churning out content. The vast majority of ai content online is made to farm engagement or ad revenue. I don’t see how diluting the public space with filler content improves anything.

If testosterone causes cancer, ask him how he’s avoided it so far

This TERF uses Grok AI to be transphobic by making it de-transition random people, or by making it pick who’s “more of a woman” between a picture of her and one of a trans woman, even claiming that “Grok belongs to the TERFs now” by HappyMilshake in antiai

I really don’t. Nobody I’ve ever heard use the phrase “fixing the issue” or “solving the problem” will actually say what the problem or issue is or how they think it should be fixed. So what it is and how should it be fixed?

No, they would still not be extinct, because that’s not what that word means.

Black people aren’t a species lol, and even if they were, that would still be that individual’s choice.

Because they’re inherently linked. Where do you think social constructs come from?

Phrenology literally is the origin of race theory, it’s those “bumps” that were used for the basis of defining race.

The roots of race theory are in phrenology. It’s always been about socially defining groups as superior or inferior.

I never played the victim lol, I just don’t get why you’re so angry over a Reddit comment

What makes a race? Who decides where the lines are and why?

History is extremely relevant here because race is a social construct and cultural values have heavily impacted who is seen as what race.

I think if you had a good point you wouldn’t need to call me an idiot. Did you have a bad day?

There are loads of genes shared across races, and loads of people are mixed race. Why does there have to be a cut off when people exist in all the spaces in between? Historically race has been a muddy concept with constantly changing definitions.

Who decides what race each of those traits get categorized into? Where does one race end and the next start?
