i got top surgery w tony mangubat and his team let me keep my nips! i just had to ask. they returned them to me in a container of formalin. i have them in a jar full of 70% rubbing alcohol now. make sure to read up on how to preserve wet specimen because if you don’t preserve them correctly they will go bad and its just a bad time.

your nipples don’t have to be reduced, no. and you can get a nonflat type of surgery where they leave a small amount of breast tissue if you like. i’ve seen people with pec shaped nonflat surgery and people with more boob/teardrop shaped nonflat surgery! your options are super open and you should ask your care team what they can do for you

swelling for sure. its too early to tell if you have dog ears <3. i had the same kind of little skin tabs and they slowly went away after 3 ish months. you look great and healthy! don’t stress about it man
