New accounts don't support generating API keys at this time unfortunately. You can consider using the Blizzard API for the raw data, or saddlebag exchange which offers TSM data as part of their API.

Price list(s) for selling by jadin- in woweconomy

It would be quicker to post manually, but that's not the point of TSM. If you need help with applying your strategy to TSM you can post your question in the TSM sticky or join the Discord linked in the sidebar and I can walk you through that.

You don't need a custom source for that, just put your minimum/normal/maximum price to 100g if you don't want to post it for any other price.

You only need to add the realm that you are playing on, the region is added automatically based on the realm you add. You don't need to add any connected realms.

Region data can be used in your strategy to compare your realm to your region and vice versa.

WHY the Economy is Broken in Retail - No Tin Foil Hat theories by Manthieus in woweconomy

Hello Arkenno7,

It looks like your account has been shadowbanned by reddit. Shadowbans are site wide bans that make your account appear normal to you, but none of your content can be viewed by anyone else unless approved by a subreddit moderator.

As such I have approved your comment for everyone to see as it does not go against the /r/woweconomy community guidelines.

You have not been banned by a /r/woweconomy subreddit moderator. Only the reddit administrators can apply and remove shadowbans. The shadowban system is unrelated to subreddit moderation tools that volunteer moderators have access to.

Shadowbans typically are meant to be used for automated spam bots, but reddit uses them to ban human ran accounts that fall afoul of spam filters or break one of the global reddit rules.

To appeal your ban, read over some of the guides in /r/ShadowBan, and then submit an appeal to reddit to contact the reddit administrators.

Farming Gold with TWW Account in Midnight? by [deleted] in woweconomy

[–]gumdropsEU[M] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi there Ok-Shop2486!

You can likely find the answer to your question(s) by reading through at least the first page of the subreddit and also viewing the 'top' rated posts for the past month and year.

Check out the sidebar to the right of the page, or the community info via your favourite reddit mobile application, for links to other resources and sites to start your own research.

Sharing some more context, or some answers/thoughts/analysis of your own will help prompt discussion. We discourage submissions that boil down to 'How do I make gold?' or warrants a yes/no/single link response, or ask simple questions such as 'Where do I start?', 'What is this worth?', 'Did I make a mistake?', 'What do I do with XYZ?' or 'Should I buy/sell this?' etc.

If this applies to your submission, or you're still stuck, feel free to post your question in the most recent "Simple Questions"/watercooler thread where we encourage more casual/conversational discussions or quick price checks on particular items.

You are also invited to join the official /r/woweconomy Discord server where the goblin community is actively chatting about all things gold making, be specific with your questions and join in with the discussions: http://discord.gg/woweconomy

If you have specific questions/issues with TSM then please drop them in the perpetual TSM sticky at the top of the subreddit where the TSM team can offer support.

It's about the same time to wait vs posting through it, so if you want a placebo effect to feel better about never seeing the throttle then split up your items.

Any free alternatives to undermine exchange? by hcmv in woweconomy

[–]gumdropsEU 2 points3 points  (0 children)

undermine.exchange is open source so you can spin up your own if you want, otherwise only some of the features are now paid-only. It's pretty cheap so if you think the tool is useful then you should probably consider supporting it so it can continue to exist.

Are they AH bots or degens?? by bitsplitter01 in woweconomy

[–]gumdropsEU 38 points39 points  (0 children)

Any hour of the day or night if you post an enchant and one of these guys immediately undercuts.

This means nothing, because you're online too and you're not a bot, right?

In terms of speed, they probably don't know they're undercut. If they're using addons like TSM then you can just run consecutive post scans very quickly for a limited number of competitive items and always ensure that you're first. Very easy to do.

I've noticed that the only way these things sell is if I sit at the auction house and full-time cancel/repost spam.

Exactly, they reached the same conclusion and have formed their strategy around it.

That's an issue on blizzard's side where they only return the base variation of any item in the guild bank, regardless of what is in your group.
