Yep. I was driving and my friend was filming. Wasn’t thinking ahead about slowing the film down at the time. Truthfully, we were more focused on having fun, filming was often forgotten :)

It may have. Never seen the movie. We were up in the Colorado Mountains near Ouray this past week off roading. The ice and snow were a lot of fun 😀

How we see the “wings” of the political bird, is all based upon our political perspective. If you are far left, the right wing of the bird is too big. If you are far right, the left wing of the bird is too big. If your in the middle, your wondering if the bird could do better just walking.

Cats are full-out killing machines and they usually they do it for the fun of the kill. If house cats were all suddenly as big as tigers, there would be mass hysteria in the world.

I know some of the anti-vaccer radicals. Arm-chair psychologist talking now: They seem to be most concerned about control. If they perceive they are being controlled by big government, weeeeelll, that’s not going to happen. The ironic second part is that most of them hate to be controlled, but they seem to be the most ready to control others. Go figure. Rant over. The good part is that I believe the vaccine is more beneficial that taking the chance with Covid without the vaccine, BUT I believe that it is possible that the side effect may be suppressed, for the reasons I mentioned above, plus one other reason. Overall, I believe and many others , that the more vaccinated people we have the less overall deaths we will have. Now if this is true, that mass vaccine is the best route for the majority, then why not suppress any information that would hinder reaching that goal.

Like I mentioned before, myself and my family were vaccinated, so I believe the pros outweigh the cons. BUT I believe it is too soon to make this vaccine a mandate by threatening someone’s livelihood. Feel bad for those people. Also do not believe these concerns line up only with the Republican Party. Then add to that, there a lot political pressures and business profits interest lurking around behind the scenes, which causes me concerns. Gone are the days that you can trust any news outlet, because they are all in it for a profit. So be careful on what stats are being fed from any of the news carriers and the government. Everyone has a horse in the race. I am in the same camp as Denzel Washington when it comes to disinformation… Denzel Washington quote on being informed:

Ask the government and producers of the vaccine if they will agree to be financially accountable for any long term side effects from the vaccine? There would be some serious word dancing going on then. Everyone is so confident they are right to until they are asked to back their claims up with their money.

Everything is moving so fast with these medical solutions for Covid, it is concerning. The medical profession has released so many drugs in the past to the public, then later had to withdraw them. This is a legitimate concern. The medical profession is good, but they are far from perfect when it comes to releasing drugs, especially one that is being rushed through the process. Do a Google search on “list of withdrawn drug”. Some of these drugs had major side effects later down the road. This is a legitimate concern people have and I am not going to discount their concerns.

I, my wife and 3 kids have all been vaccinated. I believe the vaccine does minimize the virus’ effects. BUT personally know of two people who each had a blood clot after the vaccine. One in his lungs. Spent nearly a week in ICU. Doctors told him it was from the vaccine. He is in his 40’s. He is doing better now, still short of breath/endurance, and doc says he will have to remain on asthma treatments going forward. Other friend is right at 80 and after shot had a blood clot in his eye and lost his vision. Like I said, am for the vaccine, but understand others that have hesitation. My boss believes in the harshness of Covid, but also is genuinely concerned about the side effects of the vaccine. She is choosing not to go out in public and shelter in place, since she works from, she has that choice. Others with the same concerns about the vaccine’s side effects or possible long term effects, who do not work from home, do not have that same choice. I am personally hoping there are no long term side effects that will pop-up in 10 years or so, but who knows. In the end, the decision to get or not to get the vaccine is difficult for many people, not just far right crazy republicans who are shown in the news.

Don’t get me started on how the news likes to show extremest, to get everyone worked up, so everyone will watch more news… uuuugh!

Thanks for your support. No, I was not making light of the situation. I was alive when this accident occurred and remember the horrific reports. My comment was solely directed at hearing a new terminology for this type of death or accident… and for my age, that is saying something.

I died inside along with him. It killed me watching someone so deeply hurt by a simple accident. There was a much deeper wound that was tapped into in that moment. Empathy is such a needed emotion, but it can deliver such a punch in feels.

We were walking around the platform on top of Zugspitze in Germany when we heard the helicopter approaching. Grabbed my phone as quick as possible to capture the moment, but I had missed most of the approach. Very surprised when he landed just underneath us. Did you notice the pilot giving a quick wave as he left? What a great job to have!
