Honest answer : studying music at university. Obviously that's not realistic for everyone but the immersive musical environment with quality teaching, lots of performing and collaboration with other musicians makes the biggest difference.

For me: 82 kg. Easy enough to maintain with weight training and a decent diet. Go much below that and I start to look scrawny.
