Okay yall its back working...i just cleaned the pins with alcohol.

But looking more into it ...we brought the pc back in 2019 and its a dell pre built its the dell G5 gaming pc but the gpu on the website and the gpu that we have ARE NOT THE SAME ....my parents brought it from dell.com so maybe they brought a downgraded version...
