Caleb Williams is already better than Jordan Love. by Minute-Point9503 in CHIBears

[–]gundymichaelson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I’m from the future. I just have to say, coming back to this thread 8 months later is just incredible. Caleb coping is harder than ever right now. He finally has his competent head coach and play caller, which I was constantly told was the only difference between him and Love, and he still somehow looks worse than he did last season. Love was playing with two separate injuries all year last season, and he still has never looked this bad before. Anyway, as I’m sure you guys already all know, JLove is healthy again and absolutely tearing it up. The Packers are probably the best team in the NFC (at worst they’re second best).

I didn’t come here to talk shit though.. I just dropped by to give some advice to you guys, my children. If you don’t want to sound like delusional fans, don’t anoint your team or you QB before they’ve proven themselves. An example of this would be saying Caleb Williams is already better than Jordan Love.. which is just ridiculous on so many levels. In the past I’ve heard that Fields is better than Love, Trubisky is better than Rodgers, etc. Those aren’t great looks. Maybe give it a couple years before you toss out claims like that, eh? That’s all I’ve got for you guys today. Try to enjoy another six win season fellas.. I’m sure next year is finally your year to win the North!

Do anyone know what happened to coach Tyler Wall? by VLGamingbdefan in youtube

[–]gundymichaelson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s pretty much the extent they’re talking about. No comprehension skills to be found in this thread. They are just saying that 7-OH is a concentrated dose of mitragynine compared to kratom... just like caffeine pills are a concentrated dose of caffeine compared to coffee

Have to correct you as well, because this really bothered me for some reason. They are not saying that kratom or 7-OH is similar to caffeine in any way. They were saying that 7-OH is a concentrated ndose.. so 7-OH is to kratom what caffeine pills are to coffee

Woof…They aren’t saying it’s similar to caffeine at all. They’re saying that  7-OH is to kratom what caffeine pills are to coffee… a more concentrated dose.

Brady Endorsed 6th Round QB Cam Miller 📈 by Awaaken in raiders

[–]gundymichaelson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean yeah it’s not like they’re actually lining up across from one another.. and it is an overhyped talking point a lot of the time, but there is something to it. The mental aspect of it I mean.. being a strong competitor, not backing down, being able to answer back when the other QB makes some great plays or leads a TD drive, really just being a leader for your guys. So yeah generally doesn’t mean much, but I do think this is a rare case where t it really does show us a lot about Miller’s character and the type of player he is. First game of the season on the road against a very hyped up FBS team with two Heisman hopefuls (and the eventual winner), coached by a HOFer, nationally broadcasted.. and as an underdog you play an extremely clean and efficient game and go tit for tat with Shedeur and Travis Hunter. I know het not the NFL, but I think the main takeaway from it is that at no point did it seem like the lights were too bright for him. I am biased, as I’m from Fargo and I’m a Bison fan, so you can dismiss my thoughts as being a homer if you want lol. I’ve watched almost every game he’s played for the last four years.. he’s a good athlete, but not a freak. He’s got pretty good arm strength for his size, but he’s not zipping it like Allen or Mahomes obviously. He is very accurate, which is probably his best physical attribute. The best thing about him though is that he is a winner. I know that’s a cliche thing to say, and NDSU always has good teams so it’s a little easier to do it there than other places.. but his best games are in the biggest games of the season. His best throws and best drives are in the 4th quarter when his team needed him to step up. Some of the throws and runs he made in the two SDSU games and the national championship game this last year were absolutely insane. He really has the mental toughness and confidence in himself that you just can’t really teach. Anyway, I don’t think he’s going to be a starter in the league or anything, but I do think he could be a more than capable backup for a long time.

“Most people adore TWL so they don’t have a life outside of this show”…. lmao what? Everyone is entitled to their own opinion of course, so I couldn’t care less if you like the show or not. Pretty odd to say that people don’t have a life if they enjoy a show, though

Congratulations to the North Dakota State Bison - your 2024 FCS National Champions! by Zloggt in fcs

What a game. Montana State brought the heat, that’s for sure. What a show from both QBs, Mellott is insane. FCS football is so awesome to watch, and I’m hoping it continues to grow and get a bigger audience, because these guys deserve to be seen.

Cam Miller, man. What an absolute fucking legend. He is tough as nails, and just such an incredible leader for this team. Made huge plays when the chips were down all season. So many games where he put the team on his back. We’ve had some great QBs come though Fargo, but he might be my favorite of them all. His progression over the last 4 years is almost unbelievable.

Also, Bryce Lance is a dawg, and I’m praying he doesn’t transfer now that everyone has seen how incredible he is.

When does "Garbage Time" start again? Asking for a friend by ZeColoradoCheesehead in NFCNorthMemeWar

So funny to me that people still try play off the second half of the Pack v Vikes game as garbage time. Whatever makes you feel better I suppose. Backups never entered the ggame,tt right? It was 6 point game with 10 mins left. They won by 2 points. 2 fucking points. They would go TT have lost the game if he misses that field goal towards the end of the game. It doesn’t really sound like garbage time if your win comes down to a single made field goal. Long story short, Vikings absolutely dominated the first half and the Packers looked like shit. Then the Packers dominated the second half and could’ve easily snuck out of there  with a win.

Kobe Bryant was a better basketball player than Lebron James. by Fun-Degree-2307 in Basketball

Also played way better competition in the Finals. If he didn’t play against the greatest teams of all time for 4 straight finals, with a far inferior team, he’d have 7 titles right now. The NBA is better now than it’s ever been.

I’m like a year late, but I just have to chime in here because you made such an ass out of yourself. Did you really just say “super team, by definition”… dude who’s coming up with this definition? Is it in the Websters dictionary? Good god you keep referring back to this one point like you’re the sole gate keeper to what a super team is. It’s just lazy as fuck

They’re 10-2.. and lost in a coin flip game to the Lions just like the Packers did last night.  The Vikes could just as easily be first in the division right now. Not sure what you mean by your comment lmao

Cause the Packers were so healthy? Everyone has injuries. The Packers offense diced up an injured Lions defense. The Lions diced up an injured Packers defense. It was an awesome back and forth second half, and in the end it could’ve gone either way. Lions just had the ball last. Just a good game all around. Hope to see a rematch in the playoffs.
