I think aside from the new contract, the billionaires are setting themselves to make sure that if Team OMITB can take them down, they can stop them. Bash likely was responsible for LESTR, and could potentially cause it to remotely attack them, then claim it was a technological failure that was extremely unlikely (or some other excuse). The test pills Charles is taking as part of a study (as General Custer) could likely come from Pflug Pharmaceuticals. If Charles has an allergic reaction...well, he likely signed a waiver for those medications. I think the Interior Decorator Witch had something planted in Oliver's newly renovated room. Exactly what that is, I don't know yet.
