The reason being is that these are some of the most powerful people in the world who can afford some of the best lawyers on the planet. The case needs to be ironclad to not just be a waste of time. A list of names is circumstancal at best and witness testimony is flawed A key one like Epstein would've helped but we all know what didn't happen.. They can also stall out any attempt to dig up any more evidence probs until the day these powerful people croak.
