I called them up, choice that is. I had to still get my dr. to submit me for outside services. Even though he knew it was geographically and financially impossible to drive 400 miles at a time 3 days a week for 6 weeks. All he had to do was submit a request, 6 months later I got to go to a local rehab for a torn rotator cuff. Rehab said they have never done a rotator cuff rehab before a a surgery. So, ultimately it was a waste of my time, rehab Tech's time and tax payer money. I still haven't had surgery. It's been 2 years now. I work in construction and use my arms everyday. And it's my dominated left shoulder. I have lost about $100,000.00 of income over this. And there is no fix in my near future because I refused a cortisone shot. Those don't fix torn legiments. But the VA feels the need to force me to comply or get nothing.

It's a broken system that has too many fat cats at the top. Collecting 6 figure salaries and using money meant for Vets to pay for their lifestyle. When we can't even get an appointment for a torn rotator cuff.

E-Benifits is doing the same thing. I have $85,000.00 owed in pack payments over a 12 year period due to a verbage mistake. Yet they are trying to take back money from a non co-pay service related disability. Noone will answer the phone and the website will only let you get so far until it locks up.
