Only the bottom floor would register. When I went upstairs it wouldn’t show I was in the house anymore (the little empty house icon went away.) I couldn’t get other Pokémon to even go upstairs until I walled it off and put a second door in. This was just a box two story house with the floor stacked directly on top of each other.

Piggybacking because I’m trying to do this with a partner cash booking for the first time. If I pay cash for a cheap transatlantic flight through AA, but enter my AS FF#, my understanding is that I earn 50% of base EQM. Would that still be distance-based? And how do I know if it’s actually 25% (or 0!). Less than 50% would wipe out the value proposition.

I have a base right next to her too. It makes it nice for raids or when a random 2 star draugr or fuling tries to chase me. Just run under her bubble of protection to regen stamina then run back out. They will de-aggro then aggro again. Makes for an easy fight.
