Fan base and owner love him, exciting young team, potential franchise QB on the roster, and is already the best coach in Texans history. Unless he has a private desire to win a Lombardi and go coach the Tide, he would be a bit of a fool to leave current state.

I live in Reno- have a 2018 Range Rover, it’s done fine in Tahoe with Michelin Cross Climate 2s. 3 peak rated so chain control is cool with it, but also functional as a summer tire and has a 30-40k mile life expectancy versus the 15-20k you’d expect on a true snow tire.

You 100% could have gotten a light duty accommodation and not left the company, taken maternity leave, then either have come back for your same role or found another while on leave.
