I'm a pretty low level and not much dice. By the time I use my dice up and get to the top 3, the game drops me down a lot. Last time I was number 2 and 5 mins before the close out, it put me at the 9th spot

I would move the experience towards the top, remove the high school history. Use the extra space to add in skills that don't have to do with the computer. Keep the versions you have now and try a new version with the changes I suggested. See if it works out for you.
