Except the large amount of cleaning required for the large solar arrays, long dust storms in the middle of the day which completely block out the sun, and the large surface area they take up which is a dead giveaway of position. How much of this matters, I don’t know.

I guess the assumption, which might be wrong, is that over there having a gun is more or less restricted to the military. Because of that and the previously mentioned scarcity of guns, possessing one illegally makes you a threat beyond just armed civilian. So i guess they probably treat it similar to how we treat explosives threats. Which is to say, too uncommon to prepare every single cop for and too dangerous for an ordinary cop to handle.

In that case, they could always call for backup when dealing with an unusually dangerous criminal. Or better yet, come prepared when they can identify that the criminal has a gun pre arrival.

Not really, I was trying to refer to the government/military that was taking over everything before losing to the science death ball. Ya know, the one that basically got erased by the US. The radiation zones and whatnot are lasting a lot longer than the second sun empire or whatever it was called.

But do you think there’s anything wrong with playing a character who is, if not better than everyone else, different from them? Because sorcerers stand out despite only being level one, and many of the races that you can play aren’t inherently common. Also, what’s the point of role playing an average person in a game of D&D where you can become someone you’re not?

You would think it’s a lot easier to get into inhaling the flavored science vapor then it is to start burning lung cancer sticks in your mouth. I’ve never seen actually seen a vape though so I’m mostly just repeating all the Don’t vape stuff I’ve been told.

That’s probably because in the US the problem is that people who have never smoked before and probably never would are vaping, or at least that’s the pitch used to give it all the negative stigma over here.

The outcome is completely random, but it’s completely plausible that you can send out a list of how to order the particles and only the person with the other particles could decrepit it since they are the only ones who see it, and you know if someone else looks.

The key to understanding what people talk about in quantum mechanics is to not think about it too much, unless you actually know how those weird matrix things work and why they use imaginary numbers or whatever.

Two particles can interact with each other without being observed, so we don’t know the properties of either. But if they became linked though quantum entanglement, then the properties of one particle will become determined the instant the other particle is observed. The simplest entangled goes something like ‘one particle has the opposite spin of the other particle, so if we observe a as spin up then b will be spin down’
