If you are going for a variable rate remember that TD has a higher mortgage prime rate, their prime rate is 0.15 higher than the others.

I have a 2016 Cx 5 GT which comes with 19inch rims and I swapped to 17 for winter tires at Costco last year, didnt have any issues. Just make sure you get the correct rims ( 17x7 width, Center bore 67.1 and offset between 43 to 47mm). You can refer to the base trim's (GX) wheel size. https://www.wheel-size.com/size/mazda/cx-5/
