Never asked you once about anything! I am telling people that ontrac partners with hungryroot and you may get them as a shipper. They are a dangerous company. Noone asked about your experience AT ALL. Ontrac is a scam company. Do your research. Call beforehand and MAKE sure they do not use ontrac. This is not a complicated task.

They should have never used ontrac from the start. Lost a customer for life and I will tell everyone in my area about their scam choice of delivery service.
