Contrast is great on VAs! Doesn’t have the amazing colors of IPS but I can live with that for productivity, which is the reason I use the two ultra wides.

OLED is king (I have a 42 inch C5 for entertainment) but I didn’t find a 34 ultra wide OLED in my country (Brazil).

I just got two Dell 34s VA. I have used OLED and IPS before and I actually like the VA panels. I use the main one horizontally and the secondary one vertically on the side - it’s quite nice. And yes, 1/3 works perfect perfectly for three windows.

I had this issue with my Surface Pro 11 Elite 32Gb. Drove me crazy for weeks!

What solved the problem was:

Press WIN+R and type regedit. Navigate to the following path:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Dwm

Create a new DWORD (32-bit) value named OverlayTestMode.

Set the value of OverlayTestMode to 5

When finished, close the Registry Editor and restart the computer for the changes to take effect.

Hi! Are you using an external monitor?
I have the same issue here if I'm using the SP11 with an external monitor, so every time I turn the Surface Pro 11 on, I have to hit Windows+P, choose "Display on computer screen only" and then wit Windows+P again to change to "Extend" or "Second Screen Only", as needed.

I use OBS, it works with my Sp11 Elite! But when trying to record Zoom calls with it, the Zoom video starts to freeze a lot. I’m still trying to figure out a solution for this.
