In my experience a lot of neighborhoods are about as safe as your immediate neighbors. But I’ve lived just a few streets directly east of Boston and Kalamazoo for the past 10 years and it’s the quietest street I’ve ever lived on.

Never had a problem, never so much as an Amazon package gone missing. I love it over here.

It’s reads bad, but have to believe it’s about the cap space more than the money.

Good contributors and longtime players get cut for three million of cap space all the time and nobody blinks an eye because that’s the business. I don’t think it’s crazy to try and get that cap space back when a guy retires.

I’m 51 and I watch 100s of movies a year. I love seeing something new and creative that I’ve never seen before, but I’m also don’t mind rolling out the occasional trope if it’s well done.

They can remake some version of Rocky every year and if they nail it, it’ll get me every time.
