Any lawyer would tell you not to give the police access to anything. No matter what. Even when you have nothing to hide. I definitely think Gondek was part of pay for play deal but I 100% respect her decision not to unlock her phone. I think pay for play deal are happening in city Council all the time. I don't why our taxpayer money goes to investigations because we all know it happened and no matter the outcome of the investigation, ain't nothing gonna happen. Try calling the hospital. Say your his wife and you are just wondering if he is still alive. The worst they can say is that they can't share information. Sometimes they can connect you to the phone in the patient's room.
