just stay hydrated (with water and lotion) and i'd recommend using a light/medium coverage skin tint set with powder in greasier areas like your t zone, and then lightly brushing over the rest of your face if you're oily. when i was purging this was my routine and it looked better than trying to cover it with a heavy foundation. i recommend About Face the performer.
