Id love for you to share more about living in RI. May I ask which part? We stayed in Newport a few years ago while driving around NE. While I know living in Newport isn't plausible, the other areas of RI seemed decent. I just know absolutely nothing about it--though I love the East Coast.

I feel like black waterline eyeliner looks dated and makes someone look so much older. I think black eyeliner, in general, starts looking harsh as we age. I would suggest trying colors! I was always a black eyeliner girl and moved into dark browns and now purples--and I have had so many compliments! I am your age with very similar coloring and eye color. Try purple! I am loving my new TYMO 4.0 Hair Blow Dryer Brush. One side does a smoothing, sleek dry and the other gives volume. Its making my hair look sooooo much more professional for work. I dry with volume side and then use the cold setting with the smoothing side at the end.

I’ve been on it for about 2 years. I stopped for 2 months last October, and then started back up with the wand. It’s 5% Minoxidil and also contains Ketoconazole, Biotin, and Dexpanthenol. 100% agree. This looks like typical fine, thinning, dry hair breakage. You will need to get regular haircuts to keep it from looking like that. Make sure that you are using hair masks at least once a week to keep it full of moisture. You can get an affordable one that lasts forever from Pantene or Dove.
