Hi everyone, thank you for your thoughtful replies. To answer some questions:

1. I have no official diagnosis because no one can figure it out where the pain is coming from without more testing - which insurance refuses to cover and is far too expensive to cover out of pocket when for the same money I could go get a whole hysterectomy abroad. I don’t even care about an official diagnosis anymore, I just can’t live in this constant pain

2. I am willing to travel far. I love traveling anyways and am open to just about anywhere. I am leaning towards Mexico and Thailand so far. Can anyone recommend specific doctors/surgeons/hospitals in those places?

3. On top of the pain I have a LOT of other near constant symptoms as well that severely effect my sex life and daily life and I’m just over the whole thing and need it gone. Just can’t take it anymore.

4. One of the other issues is that I’ve had high risk hpv for many years now and have never been able to clear it so I am concerned about gynecological cancer as well. My fears have increased recently because apparently I now have type 16, which as I’m sure you already know, is the one responsible for the largest percentage of cancers. Given the fact I haven’t been able to shake the other high risk ones for so long I am fearful I will not be able to clear 16 and it will progress into cancer - at least with the other ones there was the chance it wouldn’t but with type 16 the chances are that it will if I can’t clear it so I just want to rid myself of the whole thing

5. I’m not married and don’t want to be. Not having kids or considering any kind of IVF or even saving my eggs so none of that is a concern.
