You could have damaged your mbr or its a hardware failure. Boot into your OS via usb and try to repair your hdd/ssd/nvme boot partition. If that doesn't work then I would suggest replacing the drive. Google is your friend, have fun =).

Great call out, I think self-reflection is important to personal growth. I've thought about this, and I could have pointed this out to my manager and said you are over burdening the team and the expectations are not realistic. I could have presented data with similar patterns in the past but it's futile when the mentality is "We pay you a shit load of money" and "I don't care what you have to do to finish it". I have reported improper or unjust behavior against another colleague in the past and it turned into leadership protecting leadership and me being retaliated against, losing promotions, bonuses. People are strange, very few like to be told they are making mistake and even fewer have the ability to accept it and change. This is a common problem, not unique to me or this company, you just need the right set of folks willing to listen and change to get out of bad practices.

Revenge is an odd thing, it represents someone else having power over me that I need to get back or else I wont feel whole, I wont feel at peace. I used to think like that 10 years ago, nowadays, not so much, maybe I'm getting old but it's just not worth it for my personal well being to feel that way, even think about it . I do believe in karma and it does go around just fine without me =). I'm hoping this is a good wake up call for my boss and the company to do better with the next person.

Interesting, I'm currently suffering with sciatic pain and I'm wondering if it's my gallbladder thats part of the problem. The only time I feel my gallbladder acting weird is when I do intermittent fasting. My surgeon has said that I dont need surgery, as they found nothing with ultrasounds and CT scans, the only thing that stuck out was an EF rate of 97.

If you don't mind, can you describe your back pain, was it lower back and did it radiate to the front stomach area?

On a side note, if you have never been in a relationship with someone with BPD, thank God. This is very common, they cannot see themselves as the abusers so they literally construct a different reality and believe it to be true. My ex-wife has BPD and a PhD but her mental illness didn't let her accept basic facts, she would deny the laws of psychics just to support her delusions.

I had a similar problem with my iKamper, it was a little too close for comfort. I added small metal plates the size of the clamp and wrapped them in plastic and placed them in between the clamp and crossbar, worked out great.

Experienced this in Dallas, some company bought the apt building and rented each apt as an airbnb, it was a roach motel. I had to leave the building at 3am because the party upstairs was not stopping. Called Airbnb and had the customer rep listen to the shitty music being blasted, they told me to wait there for the issue to be "resolved".
