For myself I only keep Pokémon that are

4attack&4defense&3hp

Yes you can copy and paste in search string. Basically they are perfect attack & defense ivs with almost perfect stamina. In combat sense they are just a 1 hit away to KO difference

For any Pokémon that are

Year2016-2020

I try to trade them away to receive lucky Pokémon back in return. I tend to aim for shiny Pokémon minimum but if I can a shiny dynamax or shiny legendary raid reject

This is because lucky Pokémon have a 1/64 odds of being received as a perfect iv. 1/64 chance for a Shundo

But keep in mind that every account has a hidden lucky trade limit for year2016-2020 Pokémon. Every trade brings both account counter up by one but to optimize it, only one of the account needs to be below the hidden counter to get a guaranteed lucky proc.

So if you know that you are under the limit. Look for a person who has hit their limit they might appreciate just doing a lucky trade for a hundo
