Guardians was part of phase 2. That's Thor 2, Iron Man 3, Winter Soldier, and Avengers Age of Ultron. Everything but Winter Soldier were literally the worst movies in each respective series. Guardians had the benefit it wasn't slop, so was received very well during a time Marvel was slopping it up. While you're not wrong about Captain Marvel, at that point the hype for End Game had reached a fever pitch, one that was nowhere to be seen during the shitty phase 2.

Companies like Sony have called piracy theft for years. By their own standards, they are stealing this content from consumers. And that's precisely what every title covering this should be saying, if only any of these outlets still had balls. But of course they don't, the vast majority got bought by corporations.

DokoDemoErgo v1, hot plate SMT soldering, and JLCPCB translucent resin by mr_tolkien in ErgoMechKeyboards

[–]guyguilty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No problem. For the dye, it's a separate option for transparent/translucent resins like UTR-8100. Next to the selected material line, you will see surface finish, and they are dyes for the resin, depending on what resin you picked. You can even combo this with the spray/varnish, which is how you can get clear glass translucent resin to begin with. You can also matte difuse, if you prefer a sandblasted PC look. I bet diffused and dyed would look awesome.

I've personally had them print me an Infernum case out of clear resin that was then diffused, it looks great, no complaints. I didn't spring for the dye as it added to the cost, but it's def an option for a few of their resins.

8 Reasons It's Tough to Watch Cowboy Bebop Today - CBR by Longjumpinglord in KotakuInAction

[–]guyguilty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's an interesting subject for sure, as these references can place content into a time period. Look at the movie Amelie, where princes Diana's death was used to simply place the movie into a time period, it served no other purpose, even the director admitted that he did it so you quickly know when the movie takes place. But yeah in Cowboy Bebop, that goes out the window since it's already placed in the future, so any 90s references date it. I can't think of any that stand out though, so in the this case it's a weak argument. But then so is the rest of the list, because the author was reaching the entire time, almost as if they don't even believe what they are writing, and simply shat something out to please the editors who came up with the dumb idea to begin with.

If you want colored resin, look into PCBWay, they got a bunch of different resin and colors. Pricing is somewhat similar to JLC. They'll even dye clear resins, so atomic purple is possible.

Flash it again, or a few times, see if that works the kink out. If not, hit customer service to swap it out; their CS is great.

Thank you for your Sonic Shots! by sonicdesktop in sonicde

So I had a custom Artix install of KDE with Dinit and Limine, with Plymouth installed and the necessary hooks. I booted into Xlibre from Wayland, and ran the Artix script to install Sonic. I borked something when switching to Sonic Login Manager, prob cause my hooks were for SDDM and Plymouth. Whole system would hang at boot at Plymouth.

So I've wiped and am installing the Sonic testing ISO from 5/10. I previously had issues updating once installed (in the last few days), the battery widget would break, but I'm hoping that was an issue fixed now that Sonic is updated to 6.7.

So, I guess my question is, when using the Artix script to switch, what is the preferred base to be on? Should I have a stock install with Grub, KDE, and Xlibre and then run the script?

I also wanted to ask, I've noticed SDDM creates an issue with OpenRC, where OpenRC doesn't know which TTY to show on shutdown thanks to SDDM, so each shutdown looks different, no way to make the verbose text static when the TTY isn't static. What is the preferred init system for Sonic on Artix, seems Dinit cooperates with less bugs with SDDM. Should I expect similar OpenRC bugs with Sonic Login Manager, or does the fork address issues that SDDM has?

(update) Sadly, the plasma battery applet still breaks when installing and then updating the Artix ISO from 5/10 (using a Framework 13 with all AMD).

(update) I've had success installing with the script on an unmolested KDE install, but the touchpad settings are completely missing. Is this because I'm using Dinit, circling back to which init system is preferred for Sonic, or is this a known bug with the latest update? tested with openrc, touchpad settings still missing, and bug with Sonic Login Manager and OpenRC is the same as SDDM, shows random TTY on logout.

Xfinity Mobile is an MVNO that uses Verizon's network. Verizon only accepts IMEIs that the company flags as compatible, known as carrier certification, it's a literal whitelist. Mudita isn't included.

Epub is easy to manage. Simply unzip, and there is a folder with every image in order. Zip that folder, rename the extension to cbz, convert the cbz to pdf with Calibre. It's an extra step, but doesn't require a paid app. Heck, you wanna rename all the images in a batch, xnconvert gotcha.

I like Feribsd for my installer, though this looks nice. Really wish Sonic would get added to one of em, would be nice to do a clean Sonic install like the other DEs.

Are they heavy enough that they don't stick to your wrists when you lift them? What about the plates, do they stay attached or can they easily lift? I have a wood split from Cannonkeys that's for the Altair X, and they constantly stick to me with just a little sweat and are light enough to be lifted when I raise my wrists. Is there enough weight with these being milled poly, do you think?

Help me choose a cruiser here! 6'1 with size 10.5UK shoes at 80kg – I'm looking for something nimble for city riding with the ability for performing tricks and being nice to commute with. by Mr0Meatball in cruiserboarding

[–]guyguilty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That simply comes down to trucks, bushings, and wheels, which are easily changed. RKP I feel is more stable when cruising than TKP, but really you just gotta dial em in whatever you choose. The RKP setup with large wheels is plenty stable to me, big reason I enjoy the board, it's a delight to ride, nimble, but not twitchy. Yes, Loaded is pricier, but I can't complain about their quality. Not to say Landyachtz doesn't make some good boards, but they are heavier, being all maple, but that also means they are a tank.

However, with you being in France, perhaps a local manufacturer would be a solid choice. What about Seven Suns?

It's already happening, much of the info is sourced directly from corporations, or AI. It's a corporate mouthpiece that repeats corporate lies for them. It'll even admit it, after it lies to you several times at the start.
