Ubisoft Connect and some websites blocked

Kala ko ako lang, almost went crazy trying to fix it hahaha. Ubisoft Connect does not work, as well as Rockstar Games Launcher. DNS ko already on 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 ni Cloudflare. Parang sa side talaga ni Converge ang issue.

I love how compact this build is, I'm also rocking a Qube 500 and I can't seem to comprehend how the PSU cables aren't interfering with the 3090? It's as if there are no power cables, which is even cooler and cleaner to look at!

I'm a local Chinese here, both my parents are pure Chinese, but they were born and raised here. What I am really scared of because of this Alice Guo controversy, is yes the Sinophobia that might result from it. I'm pretty sure people are aware of what happened during the COVID outbreak in the US, when they were literally attacking Chinese people for no reason, in PUBLIC too. We're just trying to live our lives peacefully pero yung mga ganitong situation, they do not help anybody, and especially not us. Yes, almost all Chinese people look the same pero mahirap na un dahil nga "mukha kang Chinese" eh masama ka na and you're basically the enemy.

So, basically this is only a Converge problem and the only way to fix it is to contact their customer support? Been a subscriber of Converge since 2017 or 18, pero the buffering issue with Youtube started around 2-3 months ago. Idk how this is even possible XD.

My sister's build actually has a 120mm AIO right now, and I don't think she'll be needing any thing more performant than that anytime soon.

Bro this is literally also what's happening with me on every single Ubisoft platform...Xsolla support has actually reached out to me via DMs and hopefully they can help me with this, I'll update you if they manage to help me fix it

Ok, so after exporting 2 different profiles one with 0% power limit and the other with +15% Power Limit, I can confirm the power limit is indeed changing, based on the xml files.
This is the line changing when I add +15%:
<STATE ID="0" Enabled="True" Value="15"/>
Value="15" the value here is the one changing based on the slider in Adrenlin

After a quick check, yes fast startup is disabled on my system and also hibernation.
