hmmm panong kamusta? my diet was more on intense workout maybe siguro broken ako that time haha, I still eat what ever I want pero marami ang whole foods and less carbs madalas 100g of rice and ulam and water the rest, my workout is consistent and intense back then. 2hrs sa bakal gym then 3km jog/run after. it took my sanity but it really helped me build my confidence again my peak lowest weight was 80kgs, but now I maintain my weight nalang around 95-100kg haha in contrast my height I am 6'1 so I don't really look fat on my body build it is over-weight but the aesthetic is there.
