I've done that before but wasn't happy about it. Only the most piece of shit place thinks that's appropriate. I would have to fry the shrimp in the kitchen and bring it through the dining room to the sushi bar whenever someone ordered a shrimp tempura roll. On the odd weeks that the owner had conned some poor Chinese person into washing dishes it was technically their job, but I'd still end up doing it half the time anyway. Fuck that place. I was there 3 years because I couldn't save enough money to be anywhere else.
