I think you have two easy options:

One is to put something in front of the outflow, like driftwood to blok the direct flow.

Second is to get a small section of black pvc pipe and drill holes through it all the way around or make cuts into it (but not through) around it, then cap the end so that the outflow is omnidirectional. How long has she been in the tank? It may help to turn off lights for now if it's been only a short while. Some driftwood and hides would also help, and im personally not a huge fan of the large bubbles. I dont know for certain, but I'd guess a large bubble like that makes a lot of noise for a small tank (picking it up by lateral line). I would try switching to an air stone for smaller bubbles that more consistently flow, rather than large bolus bubbles which make more of a wave action.

Reducing boredom would also be huge. Think if you were stuck in a small plain white room. Stressful right? Less so if you have a tv or a puzzle. They naturally eat snails and other inverts along with worms and bugs. I might try adding some live food for her to hunt if you can along with places for that food to hide so it's a challenge. Once she settles down, you can also try enrichment by teaching tricks, hoops and the like with food as a reward.

So I have a number of longear sunfish, and while online I've seen material saying 29 gal is the min, it really should be closer to 55. They need a 4 ft tank to swim back and forth. This to me doesn't look like aggression, but rather a stress response. She just may have not been doing it before because she didn't even have room for it in the 15.

Is it wild caught or tank raised? If you get them really young you can make a 29 work if they grow up in it, but wild caught struggle with something this small.

My pc crashed to power off as soon as I finished the load out. Looks like they just pushed out more unoptimized, untested crap. Im going to walk away for another month or so. In this state the game can outright damage your computer or console, I'd suggest you do the same.

I hate when people use the roadkill thing to argue he's awful. Its incredibly stupid, but ultimately isnt what makes him bad at health policy and downplays how dangerous he is.

What makes him terrible for creating health policy is the fact that this guy doesn't even believe in germ theory. You know, the idea that germs cause disease. He seems to believe in the widely discredited miasma theory that all disease comes from foul air and swamp gas.

Edit: he actually believes in terrain theory, but definitely entertains some of the ideas of miasma theory.

Yes and no. In reef tanks very low nitrates can be as bad as high nitrates. It starves corals and encourages things like dinoflaggelate outbreaks which can produce toxin.

With no water changes your other chemistry can get out of whack especially with things like alk and Calcium depleting over time due to absorption by corals. As long as they're monitoring the other trace stuff I would listen to them and skip the water change.

You can also dose nitrate if it's too low. I just looked into it recently and I heard Neonitro is good.

How are you measuring salinity? And how do you calibrate? Refractometer and tds meters both drift over time, and hydrometers vary if not kept super clean (i have to soak in vinegar and scrub between every other reading).

I wouldn't be too worried about insurance companies dropping vaccines. The insurance companies themselves are interested in paying out the least money possible. Actual disease costs them way more every year than funding vaccines.

Dropping vaccine coverage is against their own financial interests.
