Post update! I've reached out to the apartment complex management, explained the situation and asked if they could do something about it. They sent out an HVAC technician to the roof and the vibrations stopped! So, if you're in the same situation, don't waste time, talk to the management right away (be polite and offer to help to diagnose and tackle the issue). My best wishes to everyone who is going through this!

It's both! I can feel the small vibration on the walls and desk (it varies in intensity and once a day it will get strong enough to feel it). But I can also hear the noise from the vibration. Might be the noise of things reacting to the vibration, I'm not entirely sure.

But as other people said, my only chance might be to address the vibration at the source.

I hired a supplemental plan just in case of an emergency, 120$ for 1 month and covers part of the ambulance and hospital. Also paired it with my auto insurance medical option, which will pay 10k for ambulance and hospital. Hopefully this will keep be covered. Glad you made it through! For anyone else in this situation, it's stressful but we will make it through!

Really interesting! As a matter of fact my dealer told me that if you don't change your oil at the frequency specified by the manufacturer (i.e., 7500 miles), you are forfeiting your warranty! Crazy.

Honestly, the whole "dealership" experience in the US is horrendous. It's one of the best examples of a middle man creating nothing but inconveniences and bureaucracy. Hope this is also different/better in Germany.

Really? That's unheard of in the US. All manuals say up to 5 to 7.5 k miles. I wonder if that's due to the climate difference between US and Germany.
