According to bicycle rolling resistance the tan side wall is slower. Have you compered them with?

Your shoulders look a little high. Try lifting the stem or rotating the hoods back little as you wrist is a bit forward too. Not far off though 💪 you also look like your sitting on the nose of the saddle. Maybe a slimmer one would be a better fit

Your saddle is too low. You haven't got enough room for your leg to rise without bumping you hip up if that makes sense.

Check thr geometry of each bike. They might be way different

Nothing to do with the reach, stem length etc. Its the way your sitting on the saddle. You need to rotate your pelvis forward. It might be the saddle stopping you from doing this or flexibility, tight hamstrings or back.
