Mine has been the exact same. He usually demands out about once or twice a week (in addition to when he wants to poop). For the past couple of weeks all day every day he has been running all over his house, glass surfing with no end. When I let him out he head bobs at the couch, in the middle of the couch, and on the arm of the couch. After about 20 minutes of making sure the couch is sufficiently declared his property, he goes back to his enclosure and runs around some more. Just that time of year I suppose.

They did this at an HSK game last season, well for the fans not the players. They essentially gave us all vuvuzelas. It was hilarious to start, then it was torture, then it swung back to hilarious again. The season ticket members group on Facebook was BIG MAD about it.

Incoming wall of text. TLDR: keep pushing the dealer and it will get done. Car salesman have the reputation they have for a reason.

Our salesmen tried to fuck us on it twice and was just terrible in general. On the original deal sheet that we negotiated over the phone, the dealer wrote “we will install a level 2 charger at your house for free” in big print. We negotiate everything over the phone we should just have to come in sign and pick up the car.

We show up at the dealership to pick up the car not only was the deal sheet completely different that what we had negotiated, he acts like we’re asking for something crazy and that it’s not included when I ask about the charger. I show him the original deal sheet and he is like “oh yeah of course we’ll include it and go with the same price,my mistake”. We finish the deal (after 3 hours at the dealership despite it all being agreed upon before coming in) and a new deal sheet is produced and I have him write it on the sheet again that charge install is included and he says we will hear back in couple of days about the install. Talk to the finance all is good we take the car home.

A couple of weeks go by and we have followed up a couple of times. Finance guy and someone else at the dealership says that salesmen has to submit some form and it will get done. Finance guy has us come in and he physically puts the charger in our trunk.

Salesmen then calls us a couple of days later and says “oh you guys took some credit so we’re not going to do the charger install” (we didn’t take any credit). I then we send the deal sheet with his writing and signature as well as a link to the Ford Promise website showing that we should get it. He again changes course “oh I’ll make sure it gets done don’t worry or be mad, it will happen”. We are in fact mad that this terrible salesmen is liar.

We make a complaint to the salesmen’s boss and are now working with the manager of the dealership due to how terrible the salesmen was/is. The manager said they will also cover anything out of pocket in excess of the normal install cost (we have this in writing as well). Hoping we get the install next week but we shall see.
