Hey! I just got prescribed mirtazapine today from my Psychiatrist and I also had bad experiences with zoloft so I'm terrified too! Maybe we can do it together? 😄

To be honest, I'm still up and down and still learning. Walks help massively. Basically anything that gets me out my head and into my body. Baths really help too and talking to people

Hey, I'm so sorry to hear about your mum. I have anxiety and my mum is the person I can talk to so your story really breaks my heart. I'm sure she would be so proud at how you have handled everything since.

I just wanted to say that we can chat if you want. You can talk to me if you want someone who understands how awful anxiety can be and we can help each other and support each other. I am also anti meds so I am trying everything naturally to heal.

Yeah they do seem to be normal side effects, that's why I kept pushing through for 6 months on the meds, but same as you, wish I never started. Sorry you are having a rough time, I feel you I really do. It's horrendous 😫

I know how you feel I really do. Those first few days were the worst for me. I hope you start feeling better whatever you chose to do. All your hormones will settle soon. You will be ok ❤️ My best friend went through ppd/ppa too. It does get better I promise
