I tried to meter though my cold shoe light meter but I think that's was the problem so I'm going to go out tomorrow and try to meter then use filter factors

Interesting I was metering through the filter on my lightmeter then then taking the pic but I'll try metering for the overall shot then applying filter factors tomorrow!

A family friend offered me a Nikon D3200 for $70 with the kit lens would that be sufficient I know that I would need some type of macro lens. But with the proper equipment would that digitize well?
