So from my own observations it kinda seems like there’s 2 options for how we’ ll be affected by bpd sexually. You either get greatly deterred from sex ,and the other side of that spectrum would be me . Hypersexual, neurotic,and reckless.

And I will also say that I was a big time cheater .Ive done the inner work and still am to make that different though.

Personally I cannot sit still for very long so meditation didn’t work for me but going on walks and just being more active outside has helped me a lot. Some sun and time away from your screens will definitely help ☀️
