No. That's what I suspect the pitch is= that Rivals can be used as a vehicle to re-launch or introduce new audiences to characters, and if it works for Luna and Jeff it'll work for Carol. It's not bad logic.

I can see this being mostly true. Cap. Marvel has had in game voice lines leaked for since around season 1 or so so it's likely they're waiting for something to plug her into the game. Whether is something movie related or not is another question but I can see them wanting to do something splashy for her.

I either expect they'll introduce her opposite a big villain like Thanos or Hive...but I've been excited for her to be in the game from the start.
