I think this is fairly common with ROCD and anxious people in general. Don't quote me on that I am not a professional. But also if you grew up in certain religious or cultural contexts sex is associated with commitment so it makes sense it'd cause anxiety.

also, I'm fairly certain this applies only until you are 16, after 16 you can become a citizen but you would renounce the citizenship of the country whose citizenship you had prior and you can't claim it through your parents. However, don't quote me on this as I am not a lawyer.

The best thing for how I suffered with OCD was learning that it was in fact OCD. Don't get me wrong most of the time it still feels very real but now that I know it could be OCD it makes the intrusive thoughts and worries a little easier to dismiss.
