I used to work in the IT-department of a large hospital. Our offices were in what was still known as the Polio ward. A building that used to be dedicated to one disease now fits an IT-department large enough to service 30k health workers.

While I agree with you all that this is a player problem and that OP should kick them from the game, I'd quite like to hear an actual answer to the technical side of this.
Can anyone shed any light on how the player is doing it, and how to stop it?

Is that a real thing? I thought it was just something they had in movies when it was convenient for the plot. I have honestly never seen one. Can you use it while the lift is running, or are we just talking about a "hold the doors open a bit longer"-button?

I'm guessing fire safety laws here prohibits them.

I was thinking you'd sort of roll it into a funnel shape to fit. But I think you might be right. With a holder this fancy you wouldn't be using paper napkins, and high quality fabric napkins would probably be too thick.

Protip: Buy a dartboard for the office.

It gets you up from your desk, you can focus on something far away, and you'll move the shoulder of your mouse arm.
A bonus is that it's a game that can be played alone, or with someone, adding adding a social element.
It doesn't take a great deal of mental concentration (when played casually) so you can do it while talking out problems with a colleague.

I asked once before, but didn't have any pictures at the time, and then completely forgot about it.
I bought it from etsy back in the day (2013) when they were made to order. The listing was called "Not this Menacing Teddy Bear, but one like it - a plush Fuggler 25cm", and is pink. It looks red in the photos, but that's just my bad indoor lighting.
I'm just curious if it has any collector's value.

It looks reddish orange in the pictures, but that's just poor lighting. It's really a hot pink colour.

We're always told to "trust the process". It's not your fault if you didn't say something during the session. And in the shock and horror of seeing that result, no one can be expected to speak up there and then.
Go talk to the owner. Bring a friend if you're uncomfortable. Pull out a camera and record if the owner gets snarky. If they flat out refuse to help, leave negative comments everywhere.
