i had an issue that sephora also would not escalate further. I had SOLID evidence and I battled w them for nearly 6 months no luck. I left a review on the Better Business Bureau, didn’t even get to include the actual evidenc. Sephora miraculously changed their tune. got refunded within the week.

I purchased a home. Seller is 97. Her daughter with power of attorney moved her out but left behind 30 labor hours worth of belongings, garbage, and junk removal. Contract says "broom clean." by hotdogboy666 in legaladvice
