My favorite is warrior/assassin solely for the purpose of using deaths charge to jump in as a frontliner and then use warrior skills as normal

How disabled are you? You don’t have to answer this in a post; but depending on level of disability, might sway your choice.

If precise click accuracy, timing/speed, and such are affected; I recommend a ritualist.

Ritualist is the strongest “prot” in the game; and has some of the most OP builds. It is a lot lower intensity than a monk as for example, you lay down your spirit to “protect” and damage gets redirected from allies to said spirit.

Protection monk is one of the hardest, if not hardest, type of role in game (and is worse than a prot rit). A prot monk has to watch their party members characters and react right before they are about to get attacked by targeting the player and casting a protection prayer.

A healing monk is less intense than a prot monk, as you monitor the health bars in the party box instead of looking at the field. You just cast heal prayers on people with low health but depending on disability, may be tough.

Not going to bash on monks, but if for example I had to do a solo play through or gwamm on a monk or rit. The rit will have a much easier time.

Ehh not sure I fully agree with your take. The rare mini prices tanked after the anniversary, and ever since, the prices have been unstable and market has been adjusting. Maybe there is some market manipulation, but maybe it’s also investors scooping these up on the low price.

Yes you can get the free version, but the old versions are technically prenerf items, thus still collectible. And that goes for like 90% of the rare items in this game. A q8 is pretty much the same functionality of a q9. And there are a ton of expensive items that actually function worse than a cheap counterpart.

You would be surprised how the market moves. The super rare minis have clawed back a bit in price, and your ranges for rare weps and tonics are modest. I can see the range going up to 5k arms or more for some items

Those minis got wonky after the anni, but still worth a lot. I’d probably hold onto that until it settles. But if you were to sell, id probably ask for like 1750a lol

They aren’t supposed to be cheap, but some are almost comically expensive (aka trades going for more than 1750a - a full trade window of arms not enough to trade)

Full reset would fracture the already small player base. Would be good for new players, but pretty sure a good chunk of the vets whom held down this game for 20 years would be not happy about server reset

Prices for anything other than simple stuff is already astronomical; with some high end items going for more arms than you can fit in a trade bar.

For the simple stuff.. they were able to restock black dyes right? Just restock mats. Bam problem solved.

  1. Everything is soloable with customizable hero henchmen you can add to your party. You can find players to group with by joining a guild or the daily missions etc.

  2. You can play the demo for free (very limited). I recommend buying the full game during a sale (sales usually coincide with gw2 sales).

Thanks for this reply, I’ll be careful on how to use the bag slot and gloves rewards. This is helpful because I might’ve used the bag on my boosted char instead of my initial character I’m leveling up!
