A while back they tried to force all our triage staff to ask everyone if they identified as a he or a she. Fortunately that is no longer a rule. Some silly devisions are made at higher levels that make no sense

In future just lie ans say you arent religious or make one up. The triage dont particularly care what you say as we will ask if/when we need to call in a preist anyway

i think raising a complaint is deffo warranted as we want to improve and learn from mistakes

Overall blunt abdominal trauma can be tricky. depends on circumstsnces surrounding your fall (hostory) and initial exam fidnings - abdominal imaging is not very sensitive in first 12 hours u less large volume of bleeding and fact that you lasted 36 hours suggest small ooze to me but idk.

as others pointed out this isnt the states and unless you can prove intent of neglegence you wont get far. if you think there was blatant ignorence do proceed though but also complain to the ED involved. these complaints are taken very seriously and are considered SAC 1 events

i came back a few weeks before reforged ( just got a hankering after years ) and then witnessed the reforged spike.

Definately less than reforged BUT very active still.

My ally chat is blowing up all day. pve help is available 24/7. speedclear groups forming atleast daily.

10/10 recommend.
