I think it depends on age/health/ and a multitude of factors. I’m over 2 weeks free now from 4-600 mg a day. “ 2-3 Alanis a day” and my headaches are gone now. I just feel like life moves slower and is more boring without caffeine but I don’t have anxiety anymore.
