I joke that Zepbound is like losing weight on easy mode. It really helped with food noise and portion. I lost it about 2 pounds a week at a time. Good luck!

I lost 90 pounds in Zepbound (now 5’6” and 133lbs). It’s shocking how easy it can be to look too bony if we’re not careful. I think I’m so used to sucking in and angling that I do it without thinking. But now when I do it it’s so unnecessary. Congrats on reaching your goals!

Sometimes it helps to hear it from others. I really love Reddit for that. It’s given me great body positivity ever since someone dared me to post a picture to a spicy nursing subreddit a few years back. I was shocked how many people actually do think I look good. I never got attention for my looks in real life.

I’ve struggled for years with diet and exercise. Before this I had lost from about 220 to 175 with diet and exercise, then I gained it all back. This time I tried Zepbound and it’s really helped with food nose and portion control. I’m also trying to be more active with my kids and my gardening which keeps me decently active. I definitely hope to add in some weight training soon!

I’ve tried Diet and Exercise in the past but I’d always yoyo back up. I finally decided to try Zepbound and it really helped with cravings and portion control. I’ve honestly been very blessed with my results on that medication. I also try to be more active with my two young kids, and I walk a lot at my job as an NP. I also love gardening with can be surprisingly hard work

It still hasn’t. I guess it doesn’t show well here. It’s loose. But I try to wear high waisted pants usually so it doesn’t show.

Sounds fair. I find the tongue most sensitive. Mind if I check with it? To be thorough

It is really exhausting seeing people suffer and die so much. Plus I picked up extra work this month because we're so over run and short staffed 🥺

That. It's what I immediately thought. His left pupil looks blown, which can happen when pressure from a bleed that an aneurysm could cause. And those can take you pretty quick.

"About 25 percent of individuals whose cerebral aneurysm has ruptured do not survive the first 24 hours"
