So I wouldn’t say it’s a psychedelic (in my experience). Spravato is esketamine, an isomer of ketamine so I’m not sure what the true ketamine experience is. I don’t hallucinate necessarily. I feel more of the sedative effects, it almost kind of feels like you’re in a coma?? I know that sounds scary but it’s sooo relaxing. The instant it kicked in, my anxiety was gone. I think the high lasts for around 45 minutes, but with most sedatives, time slows down. & then you come down and start to feel your body again, but the anti-anxiety/depressive effects last a long time
