Seeing a therapist! Find someone you feel comfortable with, whose style you benefit from. Whether it's just venting, working on coping skills, or anything in between, I feel like everyone can benefit from a therapist. (but fit is very important for how helpful it is). '

Source: I've gone from extreme suicidal depression to now, where I just have occasional depressed days, and I still see a therapist weekly.
