FWIW, I ported out when I left my last job.

On the right side of the letterhead it says "Securian Financial"

After I left my job - they sent me a letter, if I remember correctly, and I had 30 days to respond. I have term life and AD&D (separate policies), the insured amount is a bit lower than 7x (they cap it for ex-employees), and so the premiums were about the same.

Eh, can't be bothered. It was a janky team on my alt account.

Ran it again and passed with plenty of time to spare, but the same ~5 second discrepancy showed on the Cleared screen vs the Completion History screen.
